SS24 Rockland Blucher Collection
Our Rockland Collection features two custom-formulated tannages. Rawhide Waxy Commander is a rugged, heavyweight waxed leather that has been specially cured to shrink and tighten the fibre structure, specially dyed a dark brown with a light core that features plenty of natural character and variation. In contrast, Regency Calf is a full-grain leather that has been hand antiqued with a natural wax finish that enhances the natural depth of character, crafted in two colours - Winter Smoke and Gobi. Winter Smoke is a deep, smokey grey with a mix of warm and cool tones, while Gobi is an even-toned medium brown with olive tones.
Our Rockland Blucher is inspired by late 50s classic Ivy League, which featured a Blucher Derby style that reflected the casual aesthetic popular of the time. The ability to dress up or down these iconic styles make them one of the most versatile staples available.
